Indian media has come under fire for attempting to deceive the public regarding the destruction of India’s S-400 defense system, allegedly at the hands of Pakistan’s military. Renowned Indian journalist Shiv Arora found himself at the center of controversy after reposting an old image of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi standing in front of an S-400 launcher. The photo, originally taken in 2019, was used to suggest that the system was still operational, despite mounting evidence from Pakistan confirming its destruction.

Pakistan’s military released concrete evidence showing that not only the S-400 launchers but also crucial components of the defense system, including the radar and command post, were successfully destroyed. Experts have stated that the S-400 defense system consists of twelve units, and Pakistan’s proof of destruction has been shared with the international community, casting serious doubts on India’s military capabilities.
