POLITICS & POLICY MAKING

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman Imran Khan has warned that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is “very angry” and may act irrationally in the aftermath of recent regional tensions, urging the nation and military to remain vigilant.
After meeting Imran Khan in Adiala Jail, his sister Aleema Khan, along with Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi, conveyed his message to the media.
“Modi is furious after Pakistan's response. He hates Pakistan deeply and might do something stupid in the name of revenge. The forces and the people must remain alert,” Imran Khan was quoted as saying.
War of Narratives & False Flags:
According to Aleema Khan, Imran Khan strongly emphasized the power of psychological warfare, stating that “60% of warfare is a mind game.” He believes Pakistan has won the social media war, which Modi will not tolerate. As a result, Khan warned of a possible economic offensive or even another false flag operation similar to past events in Indian-occupied Kashmir.
“A false flag operation was conducted in Kashmir before; now Modi could repeat such actions. He might fabricate another excuse to launch attacks,” Khan reportedly said.
Political Commentary:
Imran Khan also criticized the 26th Constitutional Amendment, calling it a death blow to the rule of law. He condemned the Supreme Court’s green light for military trials of civilians, claiming it has reduced judges to “a department of the government.”
“The world will laugh at us. The courage and support of the people are crucial in times of war,” Khan said, adding, “No one talks about the CCTV footage of May 9 — why not?”
Legal & Party Matters:
Aleema Khan added that lawyers were barred from entering the jail during their visit, and that the party leadership would discuss the matter with Barrister Gohar. The family expressed concern over the continued detention of the PTI founder despite escalating regional and internal crises.
