Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has extended congratulations to General Syed Asim Munir on his promotion to the rank of Field Marshal.
Chairman PTI, Barrister Gauhar, issued a statement welcoming the decision, highlighting General Munir’s exemplary role during the recent tensions with India. He commended the armed forces for their professional and strategic response to the challenges faced.
“The Pakistani forces responded to India with the best strategy,” Barrister Gauhar said, appreciating the leadership displayed by General Munir amid the heightened security situation.
The federal cabinet had approved General Munir’s promotion to Field Marshal the previous day, marking a significant milestone in his military career.
