PTI’s Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s Health Worsens, ECG Abnormal

Mehr Bano Qureshi, daughter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi, has expressed concern over her father’s worsening health condition. Speaking to the media, she disclosed that Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s ECG results were abnormal and his blood sugar levels were elevated.

Mehr Bano stated that her father’s health took a downturn at dawn, and he was experiencing chest pain and breathing difficulties. Shah Mehmood Qureshi, who has been imprisoned for two years, was recently transferred from Kot Lakhpat Jail to a hospital due to these heart-related issues.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi was arrested in connection with cases stemming from events on May 9 last year. His health concerns have raised urgent calls for appropriate medical attention while he remains in custody.

The family and party supporters are closely monitoring his condition, emphasizing the need for proper healthcare for detained political leaders.
