A deadly Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion in the Enzarchina Shaki area of Lower South Waziristan resulted in the death of one individual and left a security official injured.
The incident occurred during routine security operations in the volatile region. According to local reports, the blast injured a security force member who was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, while the body of the deceased has also been transported for post-mortem procedures.
In response to the explosion, additional security forces were deployed to the site. Authorities have launched a thorough search operation to locate any remaining explosives and apprehend suspects involved in the attack.
