Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora: Global Sikh Community Backs Pakistan, Opposes India

Punjab Minister for Minority Affairs, Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora, emphasized that the Sikh community worldwide stands firmly against India and supports Pakistan. Arora highlighted that India’s actions, such as the false flag operations in Amritsar and at the Golden Temple, have caused immense harm to innocent civilians, particularly women and children.

Arora's statement condemned India for its role in targeting innocent lives, stating, "The blood of innocent children asks, from whom should we seek justice?" He further accused India of attempting to destroy the bond of friendship between Sikhs and Muslims, with the intention of dividing communities.

The Minister clarified that Pakistan has never attacked any religious places of Sikhs in India, underscoring that minority rights are fully safeguarded in the country. He assured that Sikhs around the world are confident that Pakistan would never target their religious sites. “The rights of all minorities are respected here in Pakistan, and the Sikh community is sure that their places of worship are safe,” Arora remarked.

He also pointed out that minorities living in India do not feel secure, with Christians, Kashmiris, Sikhs, and Muslims all fearing for their safety. Arora reaffirmed that Pakistan’s commitment to peace should not be mistaken for weakness, noting that the Kartarpur Corridor remains open, and Sikh pilgrims’ visas will not be canceled.

In a related development, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, a leader of the Khalistan Movement, recently stated in an exclusive interview that Sikhs of Punjab would support Pakistan’s armed forces if India attacked from Punjab. Pannu expressed strong sentiments of solidarity with Pakistan in defense of the Sikh community.
